Allan Silberstein studied law and practiced as a lawyer in South Africa for over 30 years.  He immigrated to New Zealand in 2003 and worked as a consultant for an employment law consultancy.  In 2009 he decided to start his own employment law company now known as A.S.Employment Law Consultants located on the North Shore in Auckland.
